Founded in 1993 by composer/producer/engineer Brett Huus. Huus  mastered Grammy Award Winning (Feb 2005) "Cedar Dream Songs" by Singer/Songwriter Bill Miller.  And in addition, Huus recorded and mixed in part, Michael Martin Murphey's "Buckaroo Blue Grass", which was nominated for a Grammy for Best Bluegrass record in 2009.  In 2020, "No more Pipeline Blues"(For Honor the Earth) was mixed by Huus, with Minneapolis Singer Song Writer Larry Long, and included,Waubenquay,Joy Harjo(U.S. Poet Laureate),Winona Laduke,Day Sisters,Mu Mu Fresh,Pura Fe,Soni Mareno, Jennifer Kreisberg,Indigo Girls,and Bonnie Raitt. Huus is also the Recording Engineer for the La Crosse Symphony Orchestra. Huus has either recorded, mixed, or mastered,  for Michael Martin Murphey, Bill Miller, The String Ties, Clay Riness, Johnsmith,The John Paulson Big Band,Tom Guillion,Upstream Jazz Quartet, Hawkins Quinn and Strait, Honor the Earth and many others. In addition, Sound Strations provides services for many corporate and communication professionals, in several languages, all over the World. We offer World Class quality, with small town rates.   These facilites are located in La Crosse WI. and Crooked Creek township, MN, in the heart of the upper Mississippi River Valley driftless region.
